About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Chatswood office. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop and deliver high-impact digital campaigns to grow student enrolments, especially through 小红书 (RedNote/Xiaohongshu). Create high-quality visual and written content tailored to Chinese-speaking audiences, particularly parents.
Optimise Uwin's website and landing pages for SEO and conversion rate performance.
Plan and execute email marketing and automated CRM workflows.
Track and report on campaign metrics using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and ad platform analytics.
Conduct trend and market research to identify new content ideas and strategic opportunities.
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, event promotions, and enrolment pushes aligned to the academic calendar.
Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to maintain brand consistency.
Maintain and manage a structured digital content calendar.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Thorough understanding of 小红书 (RedNote/Xiaohongshu) as a marketing platform, including content creation, user behaviour, and platform algorithms.
Confident in content production and campaign storytelling for Chinese-speaking parents.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, SEO tools, and website CMS platforms.
Analytical and organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Creative thinker who can work independently and communicate ideas clearly.
What We Offer

Competitive salary package with superannuation.
A pivotal role in shaping the digital marketing direction of a fast-growing education company.
Professional development and growth opportunities in an agile, purpose-driven team.
