Marketing Specialist - eCommerce Retail
Pay: $77,000 to $80,000 per year + Super

About the Role
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing, planning and executing marketing campaigns designed to attract, engage and convert customers across digital and traditional channels. You’ll collaborate with our product and sales teams and external partners, to bring creative ideas to life to grow our brand presence, increase online sales and enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives
Create engaging content across paid search, social media, email, and display advertising
Manage digital campaigns (eg: Google ads, social media ads)
Optimise product listings and website content for SEO and conversion
Analyse campaign performance and metrics to drive continuous improvement
Manage promotional campaigns and coordinate online sales events
Maintain and manage brand consistency across all marketing materials
Collaborate with design, content and product teams to produce compelling creatives
Develop and implement strategies to grow customer base and increase repeat purchase
Monitor market trends, competitor activity
Identify customer insights for new opportunities
Collaborate with retail team in delivering optimal online sales experience
About You:
Minimum Bachelor of Marketing, Business or Communications degree
At least 12 months experience in eCommerce or retail marketing (combined is advantageous)
Experience with Shopify preferred
Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and content creation abilities
Creative & data-driven mindset, razor-sharp attention to detail
Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, social media, SEM, email marketing)
Organised and pro-active approach juggling multiple projects
Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced environment
A passion for retail, customer experience and driving online sales
