The Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Practitioner experienced in employee relations, recruitment, managing the development, implementation and co-ordination of all HR and training related processes, programmes and initiatives across the store. Also, to coach, mentor and advise Management around HR related issues. This is a part time role at this stage and will develop over time

This role would suit an outstanding leader of people who can coach, persuade and influence our management team. You must be well organised and be results focused. You must be able to listen, consult and be mindful of your impact on others.

In this role you will be able to develop and impact the store's culture and success.

We are looking for the right person and will be flexible with hours and days of work.
