Job Description:

&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Field Excellence Training Lead, Immunology. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract located in Toronto, Ontario or Remote within Canada.

An exciting opportunity to strategically partner and serve as a learning performance consultant with Therapeutic Area business stakeholders across the enterprise to proactively identify, consult, and capture learning needs for therapeutic area (TA)/ business-specific capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, consult, and capture TA specific product and technology learning needs and strategically shape solutions
Partner closely with business unit (BU) leads to discuss and engage in annual training requirements and prioritization
Oversee TA / business-specific capability offering / learning portfolio strategy and ongoing improvements for TA curriculums. Adult Learning consultant support for subject matter expert content and training
Oversee the execution of across enterprise field compliance/priority systems training requirements
Monitor impact of TA / business-specific learning programs on performance and discuss learning evaluation and measurement feedback with respective L&D stakeholders
Understand suite of J&J IM Learning Excellence capabilities and remain current on related tools, techniques, strategies, etc. to inform business on optimal solution. Manage learning platform content and dashboarding (J&J Learn)
Conduct facilitation of TA / business-specific capability programs as required
Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters in Learning Preferred

5+ years business experience focused in Learning and Development
Strong understanding of adult learning and development principles
Strong ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional work teams is required.
Ability to create consultative business partnerships and collaborate with business leaders to deliver high impact solutions that drive superior business results is required.
Excellent leadership, influence management, strategic thinking, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills are required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Expertise with Learning Content Management Platforms (LCMS)
Expertise in facilitation/training delivery required

Principales responsabilités :
DĂ©terminer, consulter et consigner de façon proactive les besoins propres au secteur thĂ©rapeutique en matiĂšre d’apprentissage sur les produits et la technologie et Ă©laborer des solutions stratĂ©giques
Participer en collaboration étroite avec les responsables des unités commerciales à des discussions sur les exigences et les priorités à établir en matiÚre de formation annuelle
Superviser les compĂ©tences offertes et la stratĂ©gie de portefeuille d’apprentissage propres au secteur thĂ©rapeutique et Ă  l’entreprise ainsi que l’amĂ©lioration continue des programmes du secteur thĂ©rapeutique Apporter son soutien en tant que consultant en apprentissage pour les adultes pour ce qui touche le contenu créé par des experts en la matiĂšre et la formation de ces derniers
Superviser l’exĂ©cution des exigences de formation sur les systĂšmes de prioritĂ©s et de conformitĂ© sur le terrain Ă  l’échelle de l’entreprise
Surveiller l’incidence des programmes d’apprentissage propres au secteur thĂ©rapeutique et Ă  l’entreprise sur le rendement et discuter de la rĂ©troaction sur l’évaluation et la mesure de l’apprentissage avec les diffĂ©rents intervenants de l’équipe Apprentissage et perfectionnement
Comprendre l’ensemble des capacitĂ©s offertes par Excellence en apprentissage de J&J – MĂ©decine innovante et se tenir au courant des outils, techniques, stratĂ©gies, et autres Ă©lĂ©ments connexes pour guider l’entreprise vers la solution optimale GĂ©rer le contenu et les tableaux de bord de la plateforme d’apprentissage (J&J Learn)
Animer des programmes de renforcement des capacitĂ©s propres au secteur thĂ©rapeutique ou Ă  l’entreprise, sur demande
