We have SEO, PPC, and Social experience across a massive range of industries. We have worked with local, national, and international brands and delivered many very successful campaigns. Our team is passionate about building a brand’s digital success, and we will be an integral part of your team.

Our office is in the heart of Chichester in beautiful West Sussex. Based in one of the oldest buildings in the city, we are very proud to call Chichester Fandango’s home. We are an active member of the local business community supporting the Chichester Chamber of Commerce and Chichester Bid, along with supporting Chichester College and Chichester University in developing the next generation of business leaders.

We have digital marketing running through our veins, it is what we do! Our founder, Carla, has over 20 years in SEO & PPC. We live and breathe digital; we are not developers adding on SEO as a upsell! Our passion and experience deliver results to our clients.

Summary of the Digital Marketing role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing Chichester agency. You will become a key member of an experienced team. Having a passion for digital marketing is essential, and we are looking for someone with 2 or more years of relevant experience.

You will be passionate about all things digital and keen to develop your skills in SEO, Paid Search, Social Media and Content.

Our clients range from local companies to international brands, and you will be involved in all campaigns. You must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in communicating with the team, our partners, and clients.

We will provide necessary training but would also expect you to undertake some self-training in addition.

What sort of responsibilities will you have?

· Day-to-day communication with clients, building relationships with all clients

· Reporting to clients on performance and areas for improvements

· Managing clients – strategy, delivery and relationship

· Delivery of a range of digital marketing tasks for a range of clients

· Document support including PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Word documents

· Conducting digital marketing audits with recommendations and insights

· Audience and competitor research covering keywords, backlinks and content

· Campaign management

· Contributing to our agency marketing including blogs, guides & social media

· Attending networking events

What are the skills we are looking for?

Experience

At least 2 years of Digital marketing experience gained in a commercial environment

Copywriting and content optimisation for SEO purposes with positive outcomes

Experience in using SEO tools with an understanding of onsite technical SEO and best practice

Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of Google Ads, META paid campaigns, LinkedIn Ads and G4

Knowledge of reporting & analysis tools including Google Analytics, Search Console & social media tools

Experience of leading or coordinating projects for customers

Agency experience

Skills, Abilities and Personal Attributes

An interest / passion for Digital Marketing

Able to communicate effectively with people of different backgrounds

Good problem solver and facilitator with an impartial approach.

Proactive, organised, and methodical, able to manage competing priorities

Self-motivated with ability to use own initiative, manage time and work to deadlines

Able to produce verbal and written reports on time and to a high standard.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable with preparing and delivering presentations, as required.

Comfortable with attending networking events and making new connections.

Knowledge

Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms

Knowledge of reporting & analysis tools including Google Analytics, Search Console & social media tools

Knowledge of CRO and UX

What qualifications are we looking for?

Preferably A-Levels or Diploma in relevant subjects, A*-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.

What can we offer?

· Salary between £22,000 - £27,000, depending on experience.

· 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

· Pension Scheme – we pay 3% of your salary and you will pay 5% of your salary
